Ukraine was split around several oligarchs including the Igor oligarch the 3rd largest in Ukraine who in 2021 was banned from entering the US!Igor then bank rolled Zelenskiy to run for president in 2019!Igor lives in Israel now because the previous Ukrainian president opened at criminal investigation on him!
