What about Amnesty International report on Ukrainian forces placing weapons and equipment in civilian areas! Ukrainian nationalists forces and foreign Battalions have given interviews in apartment buildings,train stations! They fire on Russian forces then claim that Russian forces attacked civilian facilities!
