  2. So much focus on the shooters and so little focus on the surrounding circumstances. The point is that the shooter/-s could be anyone. Step 1 might be to stop glorifying violence and murder through Hollywood and the military. Calling soldiers who invade foreign countries "heroes" is beyond fucked up. The others are legitimate political murders, completely unrelated.
