Look at Katie; that's what denial looks like. "I think there's a way, I only eat healthy but sometimes there's bad Katie (she's even created another persona) who nibbles (binge eats)" and she's morbidly obese.

  17. Well it's 14 years later and the last doc featuring Katie shows a woman that has to be transported on a flatbed for cows if she's not rolling by her own to whatever place she's going. What I'm tryna say is she's fucken huuuuge. And I'm not fucken about. They should have forced her to stay in that pws home. Can't believe they let her feed her own delusions like that.

It was like an hour after lunch nevermind 24 hours. She gets to go out on all these fun activities with the group to help forget about the hunger pains and she's basically just taking the piss rolling the bowling balls with no care and just fucks it all up instead of giving it a sincere try. That's called having a shithole attitude where I come from.

Denial is common among every addict on this planet, I've experienced it myself when I was addicted to cigarettes, though not as a compulsive behavior as portrayed here. People with lower intelligence are naturally more prone to give into denial and delusion, as they don't comprehend these mental defense systems on an intellectual level, and it's therefor extra important to show some tough love, especially when lives are at stake. If you find realistic world views to be "trolling", then perhaps you need a reality check as well. I have no problem taking a debate in any subject I get involved in, but people like you who feel that other people should shut up just because they don't agree with your personal opinion, should do like Becky and stuff their pieholes full of cat poo.

  47.  @statosphereonline2008  Yeeah but actually the ones to blame are his family. Both Sachin and Katie were raised like normal children, only Beckys ma seems aware that her daughter has problems. Sachin even went to India looking for a cure as if he was brought up thinking he was going to be able to live a normal life one day. If you have a handicrippled kid the most important thing you can do is to make that kid as aware as possible of its condition and be tough when necessary like Beckys ma who calls her daghta a beached whale and jokes about how it would be easier to kill her, thass blunt but it's the honest truth.
