  3.  @sharnellbarfield2721  if you look into this family, most likely there isn't a father, or he's in prison, or he has a criminal record. the mother probably has 3-5more kids who she wasn't capable of taking care of. African Americans have the HIGHEST fatherless child rate- IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. 68% have no father. 68% drop out of school. see the connection yet? it gives me no pleasure to report these facts.
