  2. mental illness aside- there are extensive studies that show children raised with no father are more likely to become involved in criminal activity and drop out of school. African Americans have the highest fatherless child rate in the entire country- 68% have no father and African Americans have the highest drop out of school rate in Philly- 67% drop out. stop trying to negate the OBVIOUS. their culture has a real problem and it starts with hordes of fatherless children who roam the streets, drop out of school and have become the murderers of their own people- by age 14.  @cg4837
