  1. it's their cultural problem of violent rap music ,fatherless babies,school drop outs and not taking personal responsibility for their actions of getting preganant 5,6 times with different males and no means to raise or care for a child let alone mutiple children. no one else is out there shooting and killing their own people every single day for no reason other than immaturity and no control.
