  1. all the fault of BAD families with bad mothers who have multiple kids, no father, and no education. the babies run wild and become the murderers by age 14

  2. @VladXi JungLaden it's pretty sad they won't make the necessary changes but still prefer to blame others . the most important change is to STOP having 3,4,5,6, kids with no father and no education. 1 child per single mother policy is needed.
