  5. the solution is right in front of you. the young girls need to STOP having babies until they are capable both financially, and emotionally before they bring hordes of babies into the world. these babies have become the murderers by age 14 due to the mothers being incapable of PROPERLY taking care of the kids, incapable because there's usually 3-5 more babies with no money, no father and no education. we'll ALL do better when you do better .  @kenyaamina257

African Americans also have the highest school drop out rate in Philadelphia- 67% , because the girls. can't properly raise the hordes of babies. this needs to drastically change, or your males will keep on murdering your own people. the girls. need to use birth control until they are CAPABLE of raising a child, let alone 5-6 babies. there's a direct correlation between fatherless children and future criminal activity. no one can fix this for you- it comes down to personal choices and personal behavior.
