  4. all the fault of the irresponsible baby mama culture where young girls have hordes of fatherless babies they can't possibly raise properly. the kids roam the streets, usually drop out of school and begin their life of crime by age 12. sorry, but in a good family a 15 year old would never be allowed out 10:45 on a school night. he obviously didn't have a job, otherwise we all would have heard how a hard working young boy was murdered. these girls need to use birth control until they are capable of REALLY raising a child.
