  1. plans? lol. this is the result f the black baby mama culture where young girls have HORDES of fatherless kids. these girls usually produce 5-6 kids by the time they're 30 years old- but there's never a father, no education . the kids drop out of school, run wild and ARE the shooter and murderers. just what did these baby mamas THINK was going to happen when they bring hordes of kids into this world they can't raise properly? so get real- start using birth control until you are able to take care of even 1 baby in a good stable home. blacks have the highest school drop out rate in Philadelphia and they have the highest fatherless child rate- in the entire country, plus black women have the highest aids rate in the entire country.
