It will be a clash, I imagine the Russians may draw from the 800 or so T-80 and 200 T-90 not yet committed, call up and train conscripts and reservists, and refurbish as many as possible of the of the 8-10k older tanks they have in storage depots. I imagine they also have hundreds each of GRAD-P and towed artillery they may pull out of mothballs if they can man them.
