  1. Perun is talking about doing an extra YT episode on this. Looking forward to his usual objective, in-depth analysis. ISW already has some interesting commentary. Up for grabs are Wagner’s personnel. I would have thought that Putin would have hoped to extract a couple brigade sets of fighters, but that looks unlikely. Perhaps they will go to some other PMC, but getting them into MOD formations will be improbable without substantial concessions / sweeteners.
