  1. The continued cruise missile strikes by Russia seem to be more about writing down Ukrainian inventories of SAM’s and impeding SEAD maintenance cycles that having actual effect. A strike aimed at specific effect would more concentrated in numbers and time. This might be intended to allow Russia to use its superior air assets closer to the front when Ukraine attacks. I haven’t heard this possibility addressed in the context of the continued ALCM attacks.
