  2. For practical and combat purposes, the entire Ukrainian navy has been sunk or scuttled, but one doesn’t hear about that. They do have two capable corvettes under construction in Turkey.

  3.  @RimaFair How? It’s developed into an attritional war, and the territory Ukraine seeks to regain has field fortifications of great depth with extremely dense and extensive minefields. Would that it were not so, but there’s virtually no chance for maneuver warfare in that battlespace. Ukraine is handicapped in a war of attrition because the West cannot give them more Ukranians. Ukraines best hope for achieving their stated war aims lies not on the battlefield, but upon favorable events following a Russian regime change.
