Ludwig Vonn needs to get woke because he obviously lost his mind in his own ideals upon how he views himself
56
Just like Friedrich Nietzsche
18
Kiki Lang actually philosophy is people’s outlook on life and what it means to them so it has everything to do with everyone, including yourself.
15
Man this is so great and amazing. Nietzsche really has a great philosophy in life through his work
12
Mirza Borogovac it’s actually true. Ever since civilization was made. Leisure and the want for making life easier makes people more detached from themselves and what they can achieve all for the sake of comfort instead of finding themselves as who they actually are
11
It is suffering that causes some to be greatly inspired and gives them great endurance

@jaredbaileyvstheworld it seems you are so fixated on your own views that you misunderstand what someone else says on the matter. People actually fo kill themselves or go into a state of negativity from actual depression. That is a fact of reality. You are both correct in certain contexts however how the situation is perceived matters not what either of you think on the matter. Perhaps you both shouldn’t deal in an absolute sense of your ideals and understand the world in its reality is flexible and how certain things are perceived matters. There are different reasons for depression and different stages as well as severities. So on and so forth, however speaking on the matter the understanding here for both arguments are for a positive outcome and positive feedback and comprehension. People shouldn’t take everything as a negative but go for a positive in both matters as that’s how a much more positive conclusion can be attained. Not just here but in reality as awareness is brought upon both parties

A great quote nonetheless
5
It kinda is a good example. A disease that isn’t going to do anything as damaging as any other disease before and it has highly inflated numbers with it
5
Kiki Lang that’s basically your philosophy of what you think philosophy is to be. Philosophy is the study of knowledge and what you can make of it. So basically it can be in regards to science, whether someone believes it’s true or not
5
Petr Zly you missed the point yet again. By making themselves great as in great by being true to their individual selves and not following others in what they do. Your idea of greatness is from a societal standard which really shows why you aren’t getting it. A person lives great through their individual views and drive not by achieving what would be considered great amongst the populace. However if their greatness has a goal to achieve such a thing then it would be noticed by others regardless of the individual’s intentions towards their very own greatness.
4
A great way of taking in what society has plaguing itself within. All of these radically senial thoughts and ideas making people fight amongst themselves is a fall into despair and a chaotic state of mind where it gives people purpose in a negative aspect and invoke their negativity upon others around them. This is really eye opening and refreshing to see. Great video
4
Such is life but without pain we wouldn’t be able to recognize significance for its true value
4
Amazing. Absolutely fascinating and shows what more a person can do upon themselves to achieve the greatness they need to achieve towards pursuing who they are as their best self
4
Yes. Suffering no matter what is a great part of life and can be used as a tool to overcome what gives you fear, anxiety, depression, or anything else that keeps you away from your full potential and has you stuck in a rut. Really though, everyone is capable of their own greatness, that is if they overcome whatever it is that ails them
4
You must need help or are into necrophilia
3
Nietzsche criticized the belief of a metaphysical world or perspective, however you want to put it. He believed only what we physically see and can grasp is the true reality and anything more is just fantasy and delusion. He criticized the thinking of such beliefs.
3
Petr Zly you’re missing the point. He is insulting the people who make themselves ignorant. Instead of making themselves great they are complacent with their lives and feel no need to elevate themselves as an individual
3
Petr Zly you sound like you lack basic understanding in what the “herd” is and what being “great” is. The “herd” is basically people with no dream or passion fulfilled or committed to. They fall under with others and can’t be seen as different than most that are like them. Basically a person with nothing showing their significance in who they really are. Being “great” is simply being what it is that drives you in life and you fulfill it with your own purpose and understand it better than anyone else. Napoleon is a good example as a “higher man” as he became a great general and accomplished what he did best to his utmost abilities. Another good example would be like Michael Jordan. He wanted to be the best and proved himself through his own efforts and sheer will to be the best. You seem to be overthinking and generalizing great to try and be fitting your ideology of great which isn’t really well put together. I put it in plain English and you cannot seem to understand just a basic layout of what I am conveying to you. If you cannot understand what I am saying then of course you will miss what Nietzsche has put down in his own words. If you still cannot further understand the points given you’re at a total loss in this endeavor
3
@Adrian-vy5vn could be but we may never know as the science in understanding such diseases back then wasn’t feasible enough to come to any conclusive evidence of that being the case
3
@Adrian-vy5vn it’s a possibility but unless it is conclusive everything else is all conjecture
3
Partly true but not the whole story. Good small advice though
3
Yup. Unfulfillment and expectations set on one’s self is self destructive and sometimes overbearing to where we can become our own worst enemies. So many inner factors trying to achieve outside results and much more else that it is a complex and very difficult issue to overcome and to find a solution for. Excellent video here
3
@Gallowglass7 yes which is why in times of solace we often feel a type of void which is why we seek distraction from what lurks in our innermost being. After all our existence yearns for purpose even if it is temporary but those that extend themselves to a purpose find greater meaning and value in their existence and can grow into something their own
3
Danto Johnson not really poetic or ironic in any sense. He went mad from a disease, nothing that suggests his own mentality caused him to go mad. Your argument is very petty and trying to reach for a point as if you are somewhat above Nietzsche in your beliefs. You are utterly a fool attempting to be above someone else, who is actually a great philosopher.
2
Deryck Trahair dis you even watch the video? He became mad from a disease not his own ideals. You must lack a lot of things if you couldn’t understand the reason he went insane
2
What a great intellectual person. He really explains well what attracts people to religion and overall what people can take from it. A really splendid video
2
Depends on the type of depression but I see your point
2
Very interesting input
2
Kevin Johnson yes my point exactly. A “superman” basically is someone who can achieve their desires and goals through their own greatness. Whether it be noticed or not it’s the individual who makes themselves the “superman” and separates themselves from those that fall under their own ambitions by being apart of everyone else who has replaced their own desires to the customs of not being for their goals and stuck being common like most of humanity
2
Fascinating and outstanding. Such a revelation from an innate yet apparent sense of purpose and belonging that speaks to the innermost strengths and desires of the human mind and spirit. I greatly appreciated this. Thank you
2
The Clown the male version of feminists isn’t a fair rebuttal
2
Interesting and such a great deep understanding of what separates us free every other living creature on Earth
2
Quite interesting but horrifying to realize that the realistic incompetence of societies will bring these writings of oppressive control into reality because people as a collective are vastly ignorant and selfish of their own interests even at the downfall of society itself
2
Fantastic and excellent review of what separates the higher man from the herd
2
Don’t worry. Things will definitely get worse
2
Nice. This video speaks to me so well in what lingers within the depths of the human mind. It can be beautiful and catastrophic at the same time. Those who dare explore such a convoluted and magnificent concept really are setting themselves up to madness as what can break someone the most is the inner workings of their deepest thoughts. However there can be comfort and solace in such things that even if you found the madness you may have found what you were searching for all along. Who knows what the true concept and acceptance is within the vast mysteriou realms of the mind. One can only wonder but diving into it is a great risk nonetheless
2
It is a conscious way for people to feel some comfort in their petty and pitiful existence that any other way of living wouldn’t bring them any comfort. The human character is complex and really shows how weak and fragile humanity is as a creature
2
Congratulations. Recognizing is the first step
2
@mabd7340 alternatives are what you decide if you want to make a change. Instead of asking others, ask yourself or think of an interest that will broaden and expand the influence you want to attain for yourself. Alternatively detaching yourself from things isn’t a suggestion. It is your own action to be taken. We are subconsciously aware of our true desires however the conscious self is so disillusioned and even blind to our truest desires that it will linger on towards many different distractions that will only delay our own development from our genuine selves. Simply put: find a passion that is meaningful to you or peaks your interest. It is not what others do or suggest but what you truly seek for yourself
2
@arklowrockz well said. Even the mind needs leisure time and relaxation and does not need to be overworked with its own trivial desires and thought processes. We are human and can be a multitude of things and in many variations as well
2
@NothingHumanisAlientoMe your attitude and perception shapes how you view your work life and how to behave in it. You do not need to be happy or content with your job but with yourself. Work has its necessities and some people have a strong passion for their work. It’s either you go through your labor in a negative or positive manner. Either way you are for peace with yourself not with your surroundings
2
@NothingHumanisAlientoMe depends on if the individual is a pacifist
2
@NothingHumanisAlientoMe yes. That’s why it is always a struggle to be who you are. Life has many different ways of living however it all dials down to what you do and the actions you take
2
@DiannaRose66 ok
2
@khaledyasser8293 because it’s their personal expression. It isn’t a want. It is more a need. We may want something but it isn’t anything strongly frlt towards. We adapted to entertainment to broaden our expansive minds not out of a want. When we have created it so easily and available it becomes a want. I can want a million more things than what I need but is it necessary? No it isn’t. It’s the development we made from our own individual needs
2
@mementomori8991 depends on the person’s views on the matter
2
@wynnschaible I was quoting a song by DMX but your comment rings true to the parody of life and how it is comical in the grand scheme of things for life to suffer
2
@wynnschaible yeah that makes sense but it wasn’t a joke I made but I know what you’re referring to with the commercial reference
2
Beautiful. Simply well put and so powerful altogether
