As a german i want to live in this country among maybe 20 Mio, thats enough and you would not get in trouble with other people in this overcrowded area all the time. Real Man want to own a fertile and big enough hounting ground. If that is not available, there will be war, just like nowadays. Grow a brain!

  3.  @opreadumitru1  UN would not have the power to applicate this rules to archaic cultures i guess. Naming the problem of senseless population growth is important though
