What she is doing is advertising herself to other males that she deems to have higher value than her current (beta) male. If one of them shows interest, her monkeybranching plan will get activated to max. If she's flirting(and it's not to get the beta to do her work), she's otw out. If she talks about a male colleague in a complimentary way, she's otw out. if she changes behavior, she's otw out. (going to the gym, working late, new hobby etc.)
