  1. subverters know how to do propaganda. If their victims(NPCs) are programmed using their feelings, facts will not matter to NPCs. All that matters is they get good feelings from doing certain actions - in the moment. And it's irreversible.

Because they are linked to The Hive wirelessly through their phone, reprogramming is not possible. Methods to enable normalizing can't be discussed on subverter platforms (ex. removing phones to de—link the NPC from the Collective).
