@dailyshenanigans4883 yes, the tiny scuff mark from the pavement when his face was against it during the transfer. He also screamed and whined while in the back seat. Guess they were beating on him then too. You really think they were beating him on the side of the road or at the arrest with people videoing?

@krizzikharma6433 oh I just got to know what laws were broken and rights that were violated because you guys are always incredibly wrong and it's sad because you have a phone in your hand to look up the laws and rights. But for entertainments sake, what are those laws and rights that were violated? And self-defense? Man, people in these comments obviously don't know what self defense is or what tortured and beat means either.

@YourKingJDG there wasn't an "uncontrolled fall" there's more videos that have come out. The sheriff literally showed every single moment this guy was in custody through a variety of videos released, even when he was brought into the jail and every moment he was in jail. The scrape was when he was apprehended and as a criminal, who was wanted for murdering a police officer, is always told to get down on the ground so they can arrest them. His face was against the road and it scraped his face. That's all. This man was not assaulted. He played up every move and bump in the road to scream and holler so he could claim "police brutality"

@YourKingJDG but again... they didn't trip him. Having your face against concrete while people are trying to cuff you can easily cause an abrasion on your check. You need to watch all the videos
