I'll wait to hear all the evidence they have against her but the way she's standing in court, her demeanor, i don't know, just seems like she doesn't care. I hope that's not the case. Makes me wonder what kind of person she is to be with a man like dehart and not only have her children around him but have a baby with him.

@laurenloggins826 I wonder how she got messed up with him then? Hope he wasn't abusing her too, given his past charges. I can see how he could manipulate someone after listening to his phone calls while being pulled over.

@shannonjackson9441 that's why we need to hear the evidence against her because usually in cases like this they would have told her to not let him know they were there or listening so they could find out where he was. If she was told not to say anything to him and did anyways, then I understand her charges. If they never told her that then I think her lawyers have a good chance of arguing that she didn't know that would be a bad thing to say.

If the cops are looking for someone, especially someone like dehart, the police are going to have his family monitored and I guarantee you they told her not to tell him they were there so they could find out where he was. She told him anyway, which aided dehart. Now, if they never told her that, then her lawyer can probably argue the case a bit better and plead with "she didn't know she couldn't say that."
