@grindnshineproductions you don't really seem to understand a lot but let me try to explain it to you again. She did radio the call. She even asked for backup. She got back into the car and called Greg. That's allowed. They are allowed to have conversations about stops or even if she had questions to ask her partner. He was already near her and that's why him came. She did ask for more backup but did you notice no one else got there until after they were shot? That means he was the closest to her. Funny, kenny didn't mention a thing about being harassed at his sons game during the 20 mins he stalled and gave every reason and story for why he was swerving and where he was coming from. He even mentioned coming from his sons game at GB Pitt, but nothing about this harassment you claim. He sure threw out the race card though. She didn't even know it was him or his race when she pulled him over. You can keep hating cops all you want but it doesn't change kenny is a murderer and it shows your character to comment stuff like "free kenny" or "self defense."

@travisstoycon8248 she doesn't have to tell him every single thought she has. She told him she smelt weed and he would need to step out. She told him that gave her probable cause to search. Which by law it does. She doesn't have to bring a dog either. Now, had kenny got out when she asked the stop would've proceeded and she would've then searched his car and had him perform a field sobriety test. She, by law, already had probable cause to pull him out because of him riding in the other lane, which gives probable cause to administer a field sobriety test. He could technically refuse the field test, but he would've been arrested and taken to the jail for a breath or blood test. You agree to those tests when you get your license. Refusing equals losing your license. She doesn't have to think he smoked the weed, and she did say she didn't accuse him of smoking, just that the car smelled like it. Had she found no weed and he passed the field tests, he would've gone home, but we know he had a gun, so in reality, he would've been arrested for the gun. Which he could've fought in court if he wanted to. Everything was well within the rights of the law whether you disagree or not

 @jasonsweet3807 they didn't need to smell weed to get him out of the car. She had probable cause for a dui based on his riding in the other lane.

Maybe because it was her partner and she was asking his advice/ help and what she thought she had. The radio isn't for that. Cops are allowed to call each other and it was all recorded.

@garyriches7562 so what's your solution? They had probable cause just based on the riding in the other lane to pull him out and conduct a field sobriety test on him. She asked him like 28 times to get out. So, according to you it didn't need to get physical. So how do you get him out?
