  2. Putin has declared that the Wagner organization never existed. If that's the case then it has always been an arm of the Russian military. This means, not only is the Russian State responsible for all of the crimes against humanity committed by Wagner in the past but any excursion by Wagner into NATO territory would have to be viewed by the World as an attack on NATO by Russia and would therefore result in War.
