Needs to serve total time allowed by LAW and face charges for the amount of money she caused to be used in the Investigation and Search for her and for the Amber Alert on the child she reported on the highway. Also, any "fines" they can legally charge against her. PS - Aren't there Federal Charges they can file against her for falsifying a kidnapping?
