  1. Roundabouts are only safer if people are taught how to use them correctly and that is not happening in the United States. If you want roundabouts to be used in the US in the future then comprehensive education on how to properly use roundabouts needs to be taught in both public and private driving schools and tested for by all States both in written and in driving tests.
