  2. This suit is going to be thrown out of Court. It is fact that New York City declared itself a Sanctuary City and invited illegal aliens to be welcomed by New Yorkers. They, for some reason, believe that they can now walk back that proclamation just because the numbers of illegals is making it difficult. Well too bad. You made the decision to welcome these people, live with the consequences. That's your fate. And I hope that the judge who hears this case, agrees with me. At least he should.
