Along with all the failed car-share and ride-hailing companies that went bust, the manufacturers were making Prop Cars (half finished or partially finished cars, i.e. many of them don't even have batteries, and/or interiors). Then licensing them in order to scam the Chinese government into paying them the subsidies for putting new cars on the market. Doing this helped to greatly inflate the number of registered cars that the Chinese could report. Which allowed the Chinese to claim world leadership in EV sales. They reached leadership in EV sales anyway, but this allowed them to claim such way earlier. It's just like what the Chinese do in most of their industries. In order to control an Industry, the government subsidizes that industry so that it can unfairly compete on the world market and undercut the prices all the other companies in that industry can charge. Thus forcing all the other companies out of business, or gaining a majority share of the market in that industry.

This is the reason for the size of the 7th Fleet and the US Pacific Fleet. The US Navy 7th Fleet, stationed in Yokosuka NB Japan, is 50-70 Vessels in strength with 150 Aircraft and around 27,000 Men. the USPACFLT is stationed in Pearl Harbor-Hickam Hawaii and North Island California. It has approximately 200 Ships, 2000 Aircraft, and 250,000 Men. Between the 7th Fleet and USPACFLT there are supposedly 9 Carriers, 1 in the 7th Fleet and 8 in USPACFLT. With that much firepower available without the use of the Panama Canal, I can't help but see the canal as unessential, and your argument as erroneous.

The lack of corn for the pork industry will mean no pork for the people of China either. With all of these things going bad for the Chinese people do you really think the Nation and the CCP can really hold things together without declaring War on Taiwan to take the people's minds off their woes like Mao did 1962 with the Sino-Indian War. China is almost on par with the US on number of Submarines but is still about 2 decades behind on Submarine Technology, which makes the Chinese Submarine Fleet extremely vulnerable to the US.

There is no mention that I could find on whether or not the V-280 Valor would be required to use the T901 engine but it may be exempt since it is a twin engine Tiltrotor and not a Helicopter. Also, the Valor made its first flight in 2017 and has 200 flight hours in 150 flights while the Defiant X didn't make it's first flight until 2019 and only has 18 flight hours in 36 flights since.

And Chinese EVs will never gain acceptance in the US since the tarrif on Chinese EVs is over 25% and that's before they have to meet US Safety Standards and EVs in general are not gaining exceptance by US consumers anyway regardless of the Biden administration mandates. There's also the fact that the EV industry as a whole is going to collapse due to a lack of resources to build the batteries needed to power all those cars, and the lack of infrastructure to charge them too.

He more than likely will go to war with Taiwan, just like Mao Zedong did against India in 1962. The Sino-Indian War was Mao's way of diverting attention away from the failure of the Cultural Revolution and the growing resentment of the people by supplanting that resentment with an outside enemy. It has also been proven that it misrepresented it's COVID-19 deaths by more than 2 million people. It's projected to lose about 9 million to emigration in just the next year, and they only predict a drop to 800 million by the end of the century? Who are they kidding. Also using economic indicators other than official Chinese unemployment figures the real unemployment in China is more like 50%. Along with that, China is facing a possible famine because of flooding and other weather conditions ruining all of it's crops and it's major grain supplier(Ukraine) being unable to ship grain to China because of it's war with Russia. Now if a famine occurs, expect to see millions die and more millions try to flee China along with a possible attempt to overthrow the CCP. Now if there were a civil war we should expect 100s of million more deaths and a lead to depopulation unlike any of the previous scenarios mentioned.
