  1. I deplore the way these 'pro-choice' demonstrators have behaved. If what that thug said to that young woman is not 'hate speech', I don't know what is. I disagree with her conclusion, as I think she is being totally unrealistic about pregnancy resulting from rape, a life-threatening pregnancy, or the experience of carrying a severely disabled foetus. It seems to me that many 'pro-life' advocates and activists appear not to know that about 30 per cent of human conceptions spontaneously abort. If 'pro-life' legislation is carried to extremes, as in El Salvador, women can be imprisoned for many years for having a spontaneous abortion/miscarriage or a stillbirth (which is automatically judged to be infanticide).

  2. And yet, in the USA it is the 'pro-life' members (some of them) who have shot dead doctors and nurses in abortion - and even family planning (which they seem to conflate with abortion) - clinics.
