'He's entitled to his views.' Well, when it comes to matters of FACT, no-one is entitled to spout rubbish. It is the DUTY of everyone to be as truthful and accurate as possible in matters of fact. I would also say that a barrister has a particular duty to respect facts, and not to present fictions as facts. Male convicts who 'identify' as women are TWELVE times more likely to have been convicted of sexual offences, including rape of women and/or children, than male convicts who do not 'identify' as women.
