  1. It's not only pockets of different communities with different traditions and cultures. The problem is that some of these cultures are totally incompatible. Some people of non-British origin - even third or fourth generation - not only have NO or minimal knowledge of English or Britain, but they regard the LAWS of this country as immoral and to be broken, and they therefore have no intention of obeying the law.
