The Americans don't have a procedure for getting rid of a President or changing a Government quickly. It appears that it is very difficult to impeach a President. They appear to need a two-thirds majority in both Houses of Congress in order to open a window. Trump was (and is) ignorant about some very important issues - 'negotiating' with the Taliban? Who does this? Biden clearly has dementia and is a danger to the World.
