It is perfectly respectable to say openly and publicly that veganism is 'problematic' for humans. It is not impossible, but it is difficult, to be healthy as a vegan. It is also not necessarily cheap or ecologically sound. As a vegetarian (but not vegan) I understand that it is equally ecologically sound to be vegetarian as vegan. Medics also advise that children under the age of eight - while they may be vegetarian - ought not to be vegan. Also, children under age five ought to drink full-fat milk (say medics). Re 'gender fluidity' - I have no idea what this is. It sounds like some kind of Party Line from the Gender Religion/Industry. This student has been threatened illegitimately by a self-appointed kangaroo court. He has been put through a classical Maoist struggle session, attempting to 're-educate' him and terrify him into obeying the Party Line. The people who did this need to be sacked.
