  1. Don't know if i've mentioned this before: in 1947 at the Nuremberg Trials, 7 doctors were hanged for performing experimental medical and surgical procedures on people who were not in a position to give their informed consent.

  2. If a distressed adolescent believes she or he is in the wrong body, this is ALWAYS a symptom of an underlying psychological disorder. Sometimes the adolescent has been the victim of homophobia, and they think - or a homophobic parent thinks - that they can 'trans' the gay away. In girls, it often goes along with being autistic. Or the child can have been the victim of abuse, have PTSD, depression or other disorder. Poisoning them with puberty-blockers and wrong-sex hormones, and mutilating them with experimental surgery leaves them as patients-for-life, anorgasmic, sterile and probably not attractive to anyone of either sex, leaving them with the depression or PTSD which has driven them into the abbatoir in the first place.
