  1. New Zealand: the 70-year-old woman who was repeatedly punched in the face by a 20 - or thereabouts - year-old man, had the orbital bone of her face broken. The young man, caught on video, was not apprehended, and was even chosen afterwards by the Government to represent the Youth of New Zealand!
