  1. Justin Welby is assuming it is 75 years ago. The situation is different now. The Rwanda deal is not a good cost-benefit analysis. It has cost us an arm and a leg for Rwanda to accept a tiny proportion of the illegal immigrants. The fact that the small print in the Rwanda contract obliges us to take a person from Rwanda whom Rwanda wishes to send to us, for every person that we send to Rwanda, I don't see how this helps the numbers. We need a Referendum on whether to have a complete moratorium on all immigration, legal and illegal, for at least five years.
