  2. What about the 18-year-old in Belfast who has just been sentenced to jail - no jury, no bail - for LOOKING AT A DEMONSTRATION where some people were throwing things? The judge said that being on the periphery of a demonstration, even if not taking part, could be a criminal offence. Would this apply to the people standing around and behind Ricky Jones in Walthamstow a couple of days ago, who clapped and cheered him when he urged the attack on all the 'disgusting Fascist Nazis' - and for which he has been charged?
