  1. The Tavistock has not been closed or shut down. This keeps being deferred. The Tavistock is still prescribing puberty-blockers to psychologically unwell children. The Secretary of State for Health bangs on about 'guidelines', 'steering', 'advising', etc. This is pointless in the face of hard-nosed ideology. If we do not have legislation in place at the moment to protect such children, we must have it immediately. AND THE LAW MUST BE IMPLEMENTED - I am talking to you, Police and CPS! At present, we have Institutions and individuals who completely ignore Statutory Law with impunity, and individuals have to go to Court (!) at gigantic expense (which they may well not recover even if they win the case) to enforce a law which is already on the Statute Book - Allison Bailey, Maya Forstater, S Ali who is currently sueing the Green Party for breaking Equality Law.
