  2. This is only a small step. 1 Scotland and Wales NHS have not banned them. 2 They are still available privately and online. 3 Age 18 is not really adult. The brain does not become adult until about age 24. 4 Children whose puberty has been irreversibly sabotaged will have their brain damaged as well as their body. They will have stunted cognitive and emotional development. Children are naive, uncritical and compliant. People who have been cheated out of their puberty will probably remain mentally in a childlike state.
