  1. Yes, but since so many American politicians claim to have Irish ancestors, supporting Sinn Fein apparently plays well in Boston. Look at all the anti-British propaganda in Hollywood films. The implication always is that we are living in the 1640s and Oliver Cromwell is in charge. Never a word about Eire's 'neutrality' in the Second World War or German warships using the west of Ireland as harbours.
