  1. £45,000 per annum for the taxpayer to pay, serious attacks on prison staff, constant and relentless corruption of other prisoners who will try to continue his 'work' when they get out, no possibility of reform (although there will be plenty of pretence, insincerity, manipulation of inadequately trained staff, etc.)
