  3. The terms 'gender', 'feminine' and 'masculine' have no place outside a book of grammar. Biological entities do not have a gender. They have a sex, female or male. This is determined at conception and cannot be changed. I have no idea what 'non-binary' or 'gender-fluid' mean. The 'performativity' of 'gender', which is how Judith Butler defines Sex, takes upper-middle-class, British Victorian sexual stereotypes as the models for the 'genders'. Apparently, anyone who deviates from these stereotypes is 'in the wrong body', which needs to be mutilated to conform to match their gendered soul.

  4. Andrew, 'Why should it be bad to allow men to identify as women?'. Oh, please. Convicted rapists being locked up with female prisoners - many of whom are very vulnerable, and have been raped or abused? And are again raped - and even impregnated - by the convicted rapist in prison? Grown, intact men (98 per cent of 'Trans' men do not have their male genitals amputated) having access to women's/girls' changing rooms? Men pretending to be women to kidnap and rape girls who would not otherwise have trusted them? All these scenarios have happened.
