  1. Totally. See what Humbug Youseless et al are trying to do in Scotland now with trying to absorb the judiciary into the executive. This would castrate the judiciary. The application of Section 35 of the Devolution Act by Westminster is not enough, in my opinion. The whole experiment of Devolution in Scotland and Wales has been a disaster, and should be repealed.
