  1. The terms 'gender', 'feminine' and 'masculine' belong only in a book of grammar. Biological entities are either male or female. Specifying in detail what is the correct way to be 'masculine' or 'feminine' is essentialist and therefore sexist. I really thought we had moved on from that. The other problem with wrong diagnosis is, not only will the wrong treatment be given, perhaps with bad effects, but the treatment required for a real existing disorder will not be given.
