Leaving out Boris Johnson's bad record as Mayor of London, what his great sin as PM was not coming out of the EU properly, ie leaving the ECHR, so as not to throw Northern Ireland under the bus, not to insult the fishing industry, and to enable a rational policy on immigration (especially stopping entirely illegal immigration).
