Surely, in law - help me here, lawyers - children cannot have rights, as they cannot take responsibility, and they cannot give informed consent as their knowledge and cognitive ability are, by definition - they're CHILDREN! - very restricted. It is the duty of adults to act at all times, when physically possible, in accordance with their welfare.

You can be arrested and charged - I can't remember what with, public nuisance or non-crime hate crime (which will be added to the person's criminal record) - as a lone person standing on the pavement some distance from an abortion clinic and praying silently. Oh, wait - only if you are Christian. If you are Muslim, you can very visibly lay out prayer mats on the pavement and prostrate yourself in prayer while loudly praying and having amplified recorded readings from the Qu'ran loudly playing in Arabic. I saw this two weeks ago on a Sunday just outside the gates of Hyde Park in London, UK. I told a policeman I came across a few minutes later, and he said it was fine.
