In Maoist McKrankie's Bill, a man pretending to be a woman, who had convictions for sexual offences under his male name, would be entitled to have the record of all these convictions erased because his new 'female' name would be the only one on any official document. Thus a serial convicted child rapist could apply for any post working with children and no-one would know.
