  2. Muslims have allegiance to the Umma, not a nation state. It doesn't matter where they live. There are quite a lot of ex-Muslims. They keep a low profile, for obvious reasons. The aim of believing Muslims is to form a world-wide Caliphate, with ubiquitous Sharia Law. It does not matter where they live.
