Starmer was travelling around lots of countries, persuading them to rescind the death penalty - which they had democratically decided to have - for their worst criminals, when he should - as Director of Public Prosecutions in Britain - have been prosecuting the perpetrators of the 'grooming-gangs' of England, for whom there was tonnes of evidence, Jimmy Saville, and the Post Office executives persecuting blameless sub-postmistresses and sub-postmasters.
