  2. Biden clearly has dementia and should be removed from office immediately. The problem is the American Constitution does not have a procedure for this, eg a vote of No Confidence in the Government by Congress. Impeachment of a President seems to be a very protracted and uncertain process, and the potential replacement - Camilla Harris - is not a popular prospect.
