Rainbow cars fighting crime? Many years ago the police (and CPS) decided that rape was not a crime - and I'm not even thinking of the organised child rape gangs, which are something else. Recently they have stated that burglary will not be considered a crime. Sentences for murder are so lenient that it is now hardly a crime. Now we know why men can dress in full terrorist disguise, wearing masks to make them unrecognisable - which may still be on the statute book as illegal - and physically attack unarmed women going about their lawful business in full view of on-duty police officers who do nothing. Are we all going to have to arm ourselves like Americans to feel protected from violent people? That seems to be working out for them very well.
